About the Role

Emdad By Elm is seeking a Performance Specialist to join our team in Medina, Al Madinah, Saudi Arabia. This full-time role is integral to enhancing organizational and departmental performance through systematic development, measurement, and analysis.

Role Purpose

The Performance Specialist will contribute to the development and ongoing measurement of organizational and departmental performance. This involves preparing and monitoring key performance indicators (KPIs), analyzing results, and preparing periodic reports. The primary objective is to ensure the achievement of strategic goals and enhance overall organizational performance efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain Key Performance Indicator (KPI) Cards.
• Monitor and update KPI data according to the approved measurement cycle.
• Collaborate closely with different departments to understand their specific data requirements.
• Provide recommendations and insights based on comprehensive data analysis.
• Monitor data quality and implement improvements when necessary.

Data Analysis and Reporting

• Collect, clean, and validate data from multiple sources to ensure accuracy and reliability.
• Analyze and interpret data to identify patterns, relationships, and trends.
• Apply statistical tools and methodologies to generate actionable insights.
• Develop predictive models to support informed decision-making processes.
• Prepare detailed reports and dashboards to effectively communicate results and findings.
• Present data in a clear and simplified manner to various stakeholders.
