Role Overview
Legacy Hotels Holding is seeking a Revenue Manager for Tulip Inn Al Daar Rawafid, a franchised hotel located in Medina, Al Madinah, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. This full-time position is central to leading the hotel's revenue strategy, pricing, forecasting, inventory management, and distribution performance.
Strategic Focus
The Revenue Manager will work closely with the General Manager and the hotel's commercial teams to maximize room revenue, occupancy, Average Daily Rate (ADR), and Revenue Per Available Room (RevPAR). This objective will be achieved through data-driven pricing decisions, effective inventory management, comprehensive market intelligence, and the optimization of the hotel's distribution mix.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement the hotel's revenue management strategy to maximize revenue, profitability, occupancy, ADR, and RevPAR.
- Establish and continuously optimize pricing strategies based on demand patterns, booking pace, market conditions, competitive positioning, and business mix.
- Monitor daily pickup, pace, occupancy, ADR, RevPAR, market demand, and other key revenue performance indicators.
- Manage room inventory, pricing, restrictions, and availability across all distribution channels.
- Conduct regular competitor and market analysis to identify demand trends, pricing opportunities, and potential risks.
- Prepare accurate short-, medium-, and long-term revenue forecasts based on historical performance, current booking trends, market intelligence, and future demand.
- Lead regular revenue meetings, presenting performance, forecasts, pricing recommendations, market insights, and required actions to the General Manager and relevant stakeholders.
- Analyze business segmentation, channel performance, booking patterns, length of stay, lead times, and cancellations to identify opportunities for optimization.
- Optimize the hotel's distribution mix across direct channels, OTAs, GDS, wholesalers, and corporate accounts, monitoring channel costs and contribution.
- Ensure rates, inventory, restrictions, and content are accurately maintained across relevant systems and distribution platforms.
- Utilize revenue management systems, PMS, channel management tools, and business intelligence platforms effectively to support revenue decisions.
- Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Reservations, Front Office, and Finance to ensure commercial strategies are aligned and revenue opportunities are maximized.
- Support the development and evaluation of promotions, packages, campaigns, and tactical offers based on identified demand opportunities.
- Provide revenue insights and recommendations to support corporate, group, and wholesale commercial negotiations.
- Participate in the annual budgeting process and periodic forecasting, providing realistic revenue projections supported by market and performance data.
- Prepare and present regular revenue reports, performance analysis, forecasts, and commercial recommendations to hotel leadership and relevant stakeholders.
- Ensure revenue strategies and practices are aligned with applicable brand and franchise standards.
- Maintain productive relationships with distribution partners and online travel agencies, identifying opportunities to improve hotel visibility and conversion.
- Stay informed of market developments, competitor activity, local events, demand generators, and hospitality trends affecting Madinah and the wider market.
- Train and support relevant colleagues on revenue management principles, systems, pricing practices, and commercial awareness.
- Continuously review revenue processes, systems, and tools, recommending improvements to enhance efficiency and commercial performance.
- Perform any other revenue management or commercial responsibilities reasonably required by the General Manager or hotel ownership, operating in accordance with hotel environmental, health, safety, and security policies and procedures.
Required Experience
Candidates for this role should possess 5 to 10 years of experience in revenue management. A proven track record in developing and executing effective revenue strategies within the hospitality sector is required.

This full-time position is based at Tulip Inn Al Daar Rawafid in Medina, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. The role operates within a dynamic hotel environment, requiring close collaboration with various departments to achieve commercial objectives and uphold hotel standards.
