About the Role

Emdad By Elm is seeking an Executive Director to lead operational, commercial, and financial performance. This full-time role is based in Makkah and requires a leader with extensive experience in project management and operations. The successful candidate will manage client relationships and work towards achieving growth, quality, and profitability targets.

Role Overview

This position targets a leader who combines executive presence, commercial acumen, and financial understanding. The Executive Director will be responsible for leading multidisciplinary teams and overseeing field implementation. The role focuses on strategic leadership to drive the entity's overall performance and ensure the delivery of high-quality services.

Key Responsibilities

• Leading operational processes and overseeing continuous development and improvement projects.
• Representing the entity before clients, managing meetings, expectations, and contractual obligations.
• Developing the visitor experience and enhancing service quality and satisfaction levels.
• Developing revenues and sales, and fostering partnerships and commercial channels.
• Managing budgets, monitoring revenues, expenses, profitability (P&L), invoicing, and collection.
• Leading work teams and monitoring key performance indicators.
• Managing risks, operational challenges, and changes in the scope of work.
• Preparing executive reports and making necessary decisions to ensure objectives are achieved.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Total experience of 12 to 15 years, with at least 5 years in leadership positions.
• Direct experience in managing financial performance, budgets, and profit and loss (P&L).
• Proven track record in operations management, revenue development, and commercial performance improvement.
• Experience in tourism and entertainment destinations, hospitality, landmarks, or high-traffic service facilities is preferred.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hospitality, Tourism, Industrial Engineering, or a related specialization, with an MBA preferred.
• Willingness to work and be present in Makkah.

Work Location

This position requires full-time presence in Makkah, Saudi Arabia.
