About the Role: Delivery Representative

Bright Route Company is seeking dedicated Delivery Representatives to join its team in Jeddah and Makkah. This full-time role primarily involves picking up food orders from restaurants and delivering them safely and on time to customers. Deliveries are exclusively made using company-provided cars, with no use of motorcycles. The position offers a salary of up to 3,200 SAR per month and requires 5-10 years of experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Receive food orders and verify their accuracy against order details before delivery.
• Deliver orders to customers within the specified time, ensuring their safety and quality.
• Adhere to traffic regulations and safe driving instructions.
• Interact with customers and restaurant staff respectfully and professionally.
• Follow instructions and directives from the operations team and supervisors, executing tasks according to company procedures.
• Maintain the cleanliness of the company-provided vehicle and report any malfunctions or maintenance needs.
• Utilize delivery and mapping applications on a mobile phone to navigate to locations and manage orders.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Valid residency permit (Iqama).
• Valid professional driving license for cars.
• Commitment to schedules and a strong sense of responsibility.
• Ability to use delivery and mapping applications on a mobile phone.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and a commitment to providing outstanding customer service.
• 5-10 years of relevant experience.
