ACCOUNTING OFFICER

About the Role

Napco National is seeking an Accounting Officer to join their team in Makkah, Mecca. This full-time position is ideal for individuals with 0-1 years of experience in accounting, offering an opportunity to contribute to the financial operations of the company.

Role Overview

The Accounting Officer will be responsible for a range of daily financial tasks, including managing bank transactions, preparing payments, and maintaining accurate financial records. This role requires attention to detail and a proactive approach to ensure smooth financial operations within the company and with its affiliates.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare local and SWIFT bank transfers for employees.
• Update daily bank collections and transfers in the bank situation Excel sheet.
• Prepare checks for suppliers and employee end-of-service payments.
• Record all bank transactions accurately in the ERP system.
• Prepare affiliate balances.
• Record monthly DU Sales expenses in AX and process related payments.
• Prepare and send debit and credit notes to affiliates concerning bank transactions.
• Follow up on official receipts with suppliers through LPC.
• Provide necessary documents for withholding tax preparation.
• Perform bank reconciliations.
• Issue notifications for effected bank transfers.
• Follow up with affiliates for monthly consultancy and project fees.
• Manage CLD-Port Service Payment (IPS) and related bank transfers.

Qualifications and Experience

• A minimum of 0-1 years of experience in an accounting role.
• Proficiency in preparing bank transfers and managing bank transactions.
• Experience with ERP systems, specifically AX, is preferred.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

This is a full-time position based in Makkah, Mecca. The successful candidate will work within a professional accounting team, contributing to the financial accuracy and efficiency of Napco National.
