The Architectural Fit Out Engineer Role

International Window Company is seeking an Architectural Fit Out Engineer to join their team in Makkah, with work primarily based in Jeddah. This is a full-time, on-site position responsible for overseeing architectural fit-out works from design coordination through execution. The role ensures alignment with project specifications, quality standards, and local regulations.

Key Responsibilities

• Reviewing drawings and material submittals to ensure compliance.
• Coordinating with architects, consultants, and contractors throughout project phases.
• Managing site inspections to monitor progress and quality.
• Resolving technical issues related to interior finishes and fit-out details.
• Monitoring progress against project plans to maintain schedules.
• Supporting cost and time control efforts for fit-out projects.
• Ensuring adherence to safe construction practices on site.
• Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to deliver functional, aesthetically aligned, and sustainable fit-out solutions.

Required Qualifications and Experience

• A minimum of 5 to 10 years of experience in architectural fit-out engineering or a related field.
• Demonstrated ability to manage projects from design coordination to execution.
• Strong understanding of project specifications, quality standards, and local regulations.
