This location will include clinical skin services, a Beauty Atelier, a Perfumeria, an auditorium for MECCAVersity, an Apothecary, and a mezzanine dedicated to gifting.

Role Overview

MECCA Brands is seeking an Assistant Trading Manager for the Skin category at its Bourke Street Flagship store. This full-time position, located in Makkah, Saudi Arabia, involves supporting the management of a category within the flagship store. The role requires 2-5 years of experience and focuses on driving store results through team leadership and supporting Zone Managers and Hosts to deliver customer experiences.

Responsibilities

• Support the delivery of customer experiences and ensure team adherence to service standards.
• Work with the Trading Manager to implement and execute trials and innovations, providing ongoing support and process improvement.
• Collaborate with concession partners to deliver a seamless customer experience, enhance operational efficiency, and drive trade.
• Operate with agility and apply critical thinking to solve complex problems in a dynamic environment.
• Actively manage tasks and deadlines to maximize floor time for the benefit of the customer, team, and business.
• Work closely with the Trading Manager and Services Manager to build and support a high-performing team and ensure the smooth running of store operations.

Work Schedule

This is a full-time position that includes shifts across late night and weekend peak trade. The role operates on a 9-day fortnight rotation, requiring work on alternate weekends.
