Key Responsibilities

• Communicate with clients to book visit appointments at sales centers.
• Contribute to achieving sales targets by qualifying clients and transferring them to the sales team.
• Follow up with clients to ensure their attendance at the sales center.
• Accurately update client data within the CRM system.
• Coordinate effectively with the sales team to facilitate client transfers and follow-ups.
• Provide initial information about real estate projects and address client inquiries.

Qualifications and Experience

• 0-1 years of experience is required for this position.
• Previous experience in call centers or real estate sales is preferred.

Required Skills

• Excellent communication and persuasion skills.
• Proficiency in using CRM systems for client data management and follow-up.
