The Role of Laboratory Manager

Almarai is seeking a Laboratory Manager to join its team in Makkah or Rabigh. This full-time role involves the effective and efficient management of the Quality Control team. The Laboratory Manager is responsible for ensuring the introduction and adoption of the latest techniques in the field, alongside actively engaging in principles of continual improvement within the laboratory operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the Quality Control team effectively and efficiently.
• Oversee the introduction and adoption of the latest laboratory techniques.
• Implement and promote principles of continual improvement within the laboratory.

Qualifications and Experience

• Bachelor’s Degree in Science.
• 8-10 years of experience in the Seafood processing plant industry or a comparable environment.
• A proven track record of delivering results against established objectives.
• Demonstrated ability to manage projects that require cross-functional approaches.
