About the Role

Nahdi Medical Co. is seeking a Clinic Operation Manager for its operations in Makkah. This full-time role focuses on managing and supporting polyclinic crews within an assigned area or district. The manager will be responsible for communicating and implementing business strategies and plans, monitoring operational practices, and fostering a high-performance culture to achieve profitability, sales targets, and increased customer satisfaction and market share.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop strategic relationships with internal and external stakeholders to achieve business goals and maintain a competitive edge.
  • Monitor and manage polyclinic revenue and expenses to ensure healthy cash flow.
  • Supervise and approve manpower requirements and hiring plans in coordination with HRBP and MPP.
  • Monitor competitor practices and market dynamics to inform strategy and identify development opportunities.
  • Participate in setting clinic KPIs and objectives, and monitor their implementation to ensure target delivery and customer satisfaction.
  • Define and set objectives for each clinic in the designated area, aligning with departmental strategy and goals for sustainable growth.
  • Implement polyclinic strategy through action plans, performance forecasting, and regional market insights.
  • Collaborate with the Operational Excellence team to define and ensure efficient, high-quality, and standardized polyclinic operational practices.
  • Manage operations team activities and support functions (guest care, facility management, IT, Nursing, HR Care) for a seamless guest experience.
  • Work with medical managers to ensure optimal service and consultations for guests.
  • Lead promotional plans based on healthcare calendars to gain a competitive advantage.
  • Manage the implementation of customer service standards, focusing on customer satisfaction and diverse customer needs.
  • Monitor NPS scores and feedback, taking corrective actions and conducting coaching sessions to improve guest experience.
  • Lead staff meetings to foster cooperation across departments for target achievement and problem resolution.
  • Ensure implementation of legal requirements and Health & Safety policies, monitoring compliance and empowering the regional team.
  • Lead all Healthcare committees to ensure adherence to required standards (*, CBAHI, GCI).
  • Collaborate with HR to acquire competitive talent, contribute to talent strategy, and succession planning.
  • Lead the clinic team by setting and monitoring KPIs, providing strategic direction, and facilitating development opportunities.
  • Lead employee engagement plans and activities in coordination with HRBP and clinic operation management.

Qualifications and Experience

  • 5-10 years of relevant experience.

Work Environment

This role is primarily indoors (100%). The work schedule is 6 working days per week with 1 day off, comprising 8-hour shifts with a 1-hour break. Working hours are flexible as per job requirements.
