About the Role

TruKKer is seeking a Collections Specialist to manage day-to-day receivables and collections for its Saudi Arabia customer portfolio. This full-time role is based in Jeddah, Makkah, Saudi Arabia, and focuses on timely cash recovery, reducing overdue ageing, and maintaining clean and reconciled customer accounts. The ideal candidate will have 2-5 years of experience in a related field.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage an assigned portfolio of KSA customer accounts and achieve monthly collection targets.
  • Follow up on due and overdue invoices through calls, emails, and customer visits, escalating ageing accounts according to the collections process.
  • Share invoices, Statements of Account (SOAs), and supporting documents (PODs, delivery notes) with customers, resolving queries that may delay payment.
  • Reconcile customer accounts, accurately allocate receipts, and clear unapplied cash and short payments.
  • Coordinate with Sales/Key Account Management, Operations, and Finance teams to resolve billing disputes, POD gaps, and documentation issues affecting collections.
  • Track and report on Days Sales Outstanding (DSO), ageing buckets, collection forecasts, and daily collection activity.
  • Negotiate payment plans with customers within approved limits and identify accounts requiring credit holds or legal escalation.
  • Maintain accurate records of all collection activity, commitments, and follow-ups within the system.
  • Support VAT/e-invoicing (ZATCA) compliance requirements related to invoicing and documentation.

Qualifications and Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Commerce, or a related field.
  • 3–6 years of experience in B2B collections, accounts receivable, or credit control.
  • GCC experience is required, with KSA market experience strongly preferred.
  • Background in the logistics, transportation, or supply-chain industry is preferred.

Required Skills

  • Strong follow-up discipline and negotiation skills.
  • Comfortable interacting directly with customer finance teams.
  • Proficiency in ERP systems and MS Excel.
  • Familiarity with ZATCA e-invoicing is an advantage.
  • A valid KSA driving license is preferred for customer visits.

Work Environment

This is a full-time position based in Jeddah, Makkah, Saudi Arabia, within TruKKer's operations. The role involves direct interaction with customers and internal teams to ensure efficient collection processes.
