About the Role

Swisslinx Middle East is seeking a Commercial Director for Luxury Retail Leasing to manage revenue operations for a significant luxury retail mixed-use complex. This full-time position is based in Makkah, with operations extending to Jeddah, and requires a professional with over 10 years of experience in the field.

Key Responsibilities

• Closing remaining occupancy in alignment with the merchandising plan.
• Managing relationships with signed tenants, overseeing trading performance, and ensuring income quality.
• Overseeing secondary commercial revenue streams, including brand partnerships, sponsorships, events, and media assets.

Required Experience and Qualifications

• Experience: 12 to 15+ years in commercial leadership within mixed-use destinations, luxury retail, or lifestyle assets.
• Regional Time: A minimum of 5 years of experience in Saudi Arabia (KSA) or the wider GCC region.
• Track Record: Demonstrated history of achieving full occupancy for live assets and managing ongoing tenant operations and leasing performance.
• Market Access: A strong professional network across regional and international F&B and retail brands, as well as tier-one property agencies.
• Regulatory Knowledge: Familiarity with KSA commercial leasing regulations, municipal licensing processes, and Ejar platform.

Work Environment and Location

This full-time position is based in Makkah, Saudi Arabia, with responsibilities covering operations in Jeddah as well. The role involves leading commercial operations for a major luxury retail complex.
