CT MRI Nuclear Medicine Radiology Technician Technologist Senior

About the Role

Fakeeh Care Group is seeking a CT MRI Nuclear Medicine Radiology Technician Technologist Senior to join their team in Makkah, with operations also in Jeddah. This full-time position involves performing CT and MRI examinations and assisting radiologists in specialized procedures. The role requires 2-5 years of relevant experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform routine CT and MRI examinations in accordance with departmental policies and procedures.
• Assist in specialized procedures under the supervision of senior staff.
• Ensure correct identification of patients and study sites before each examination.
• Remind female patients or companions about the possibility of pregnancy.
• Implement and monitor radiation safety measures to ensure the safety of patients, staff, and visitors.
• Remove all radio-opaque materials from patients or tables in CT to prevent interference with radiographic images.
• Remind patients in MRI of any ferromagnetic objects that might cause harm or be affected by the magnetic field.
• Maintain knowledge of sterile and aseptic techniques, equipment, and nursing procedures relevant to CT and MRI.
• Inspect and ensure the cleanliness of all assigned equipment daily.
• Educate patients and their families on health conditions, treatments, and preventative measures as applicable.
• Perform other duties as assigned within the scope of the job.

• Complete mandatory education requirements at least one month prior to expiration.

Qualifications and Experience

• A minimum of 2-5 years of experience in CT, MRI, or Nuclear Medicine Radiology.
• Proficiency in performing CT and MRI examinations.
• Knowledge of radiation safety measures and sterile techniques.

This is a full-time position based in Makkah, Saudi Arabia, within the Fakeeh Care Group. The role involves working in a dynamic healthcare setting, collaborating with radiologists and other medical staff to provide high-quality patient care.
