About the Role

Organon is seeking a Customer Representative, Sales GHH, to join its team in Makkah, specifically covering Jeddah and Makkah. This is a full-time position focused on direct sales and customer support within the healthcare sector. The role involves supporting customers by providing clinical and educational information about products, along with clinical training programs and resources.

Role Context and Contribution

The Sales team at Organon plays a key role in assisting healthcare providers and systems in achieving patient goals within their communities. This position contributes directly to the organization's business objectives by managing sales activities and ensuring customer satisfaction through effective communication and solution recommendation.

Key Responsibilities

• Close direct sales of products to meet individual and team targets, aligning with organizational business objectives.
• Create, monitor, and revise lead generation plans to develop a substantive sales opportunity pipeline.
• Conduct sales calls directly with prospective and existing customers.
• Respond to customer inquiries and provide accurate information.
• Build rapport with customers by identifying needs and recommending appropriate solutions.
• Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales objectives while ensuring optimal customer experience and satisfaction by adhering to established processes and procedures.
