D & Motion Designer (Marketing) ( )

About the Role

Majestic Office Furniture is seeking a 3D & Motion Designer to join its Marketing Department. This full-time role, based in Makkah or Jeddah, requires an individual with 2-5 years of experience in 3D and motion graphics. The successful candidate will be responsible for creating realistic product renders, animated office space tours, and motion graphics for campaigns and social media. This position is for a detail-oriented professional who understands the nuances of light reflection on various textures, rather than simply completing renders.

Responsibilities

• Produce realistic renders of individual products and full office spaces for use in catalogs, websites, and campaigns.
• Model furniture from technical drawings, CAD files, and physical samples in coordination with the product development team.
• Set up lighting, materials, and shaders to represent products accurately and appealingly.
• Animate product tours, exploded views, mechanical demonstrations (*, height-adjustable desks, chair mechanisms), and interior space walkthroughs.
• Create motion graphics and edit videos for social media, exhibitions, showroom screens, and paid campaigns.
• Optimize and export 3D assets in GLB/glTF format for the product configurator on the e-commerce platform.
• Build a library of reusable assets, including models, materials, HDRI lighting, and scene templates.
• Coordinate with the graphic designer to ensure all outputs maintain visual brand consistency.

Qualifications and Requirements

• 3 to 5 years of experience in 3D and motion graphics, demonstrated by a showreel.
• Proficiency in Cinema 4D and/or Blender, including modeling, lighting, texturing, and rendering.
• Experience with a professional render engine such as Redshift, Octane, V-Ray, Corona, or Cycles.
• Proficiency in Adobe After Effects and Premiere Pro for motion graphics and video editing.
• A strong understanding of materials—fabric, mesh, leather, wood veneer, powder-coated steel, Formica—and how to light them convincingly.
• Ability to read technical drawings and work with precise dimensions, not estimations.
• Discipline in managing render times, file naming, and scene organization to meet deadlines.
• Fluency in Arabic and working proficiency in English.
• Residency in Makkah or Jeddah, or willingness to relocate.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in interactive 3D and web 3D (*****, React Three Fiber, *******, or Unreal Engine).
• Proficiency in glTF/GLB optimization, Draco compression, and texture baking for the web.
• Proficiency in SolidWorks, AutoCAD, Rhino, or 3ds Max for CAD file compatibility.
• Background in architectural visualization or interior design.
• Skills in animated Arabic typography and sound design principles.
