My Clinic is currently expanding its operations and seeks dedicated professionals to join its team in Jeddah, Makkah.

The Role of Data Analyst

The Data Analyst is responsible for developing and maintaining a comprehensive, data-driven perspective on departmental performance. This role involves collecting and consolidating operational and commercial data from various sources, creating dashboards to monitor individual and departmental performance, and generating actionable insights to support continuous improvement and informed decision-making.

Key Responsibilities

• Collect data from all available sources to build a comprehensive dataset for the Telehome department.
• Enhance and maintain dashboards and establish other tools to track departmental performance holistically, including individual staff performance (clinical and non-clinical).
• Generate data-driven insights to address ongoing operational challenges and drive continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with Team Leaders and Coordinators to translate findings into defined improvement actions and monitor their outcomes.
• Provide analytical capability and capacity as the department prepares for an increase in home service referrals.
• Escalate issues promptly and contribute to the continuous improvement of the business unit.
• Supplement service quality assessment of individual staff through field observations.
• Prepare agendas and analyses with clear actions, and where required, lead weekly and monthly performance analysis with operational and clinical teams.
• Perform other professional duties as requested by the line manager.

Qualifications and Experience

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Business Analytics, or a related field.
• Experience: 2 to 4 years in data analytics, business intelligence, or performance management, ideally within healthcare or operations environments. Candidates with less experience may be considered for an Analyst position.
• Certifications: Data analytics/BI certification (*, Power BI or equivalent) is a plus.

Work Type and Location

This is a full-time position based in Jeddah, Makkah, Saudi Arabia. The salary for this role will be disclosed during the interview process.
