About the Role

Eng. Salah Mohammed Alzughaiby Group is seeking an experienced Facade Expert or Facade Consultant to join the supervision team for a prestigious High-Rise Towers Project. This full-time position is based in Jiddah, Makkah, Saudi Arabia.

Key Responsibilities

• Reviewing Façade Design, Shop Drawings, Material Submittals, Samples, and Mock-ups.
• Evaluating Façade Performance Testing, including air, water, structural, and thermal performance.
• Reviewing Façade Structural/Engineering Calculations and technical submissions.
• Reviewing Method Statements, ITPs, Inspection Requests, and QA/QC documentation.
• Coordinating with Architects, Structural Engineers, Façade Designers, Contractors, and Specialist Subcontractors.
• Identifying and managing technical, design, and construction risks related to façade works.

Required Qualifications and Experience

• A minimum of 10 years of professional experience in façade engineering or consultancy.
• Proven experience working as a Consultant or Supervision Consultant in façade works.
• Strong experience with High-Rise or Tower Projects.
• Extensive knowledge of Curtain Wall, Unitized & Stick Systems, Aluminum & Glazing, GRC/GFRC, Stone, and Metal Cladding.
• Strong knowledge of façade installation, site inspection, testing, and commissioning requirements.
• Good knowledge of relevant international codes and standards.
• Excellent communication and reporting skills in English.

Preferred Attributes

• Previous experience on Luxury or Landmark High-Rise Towers.
• Experience with complex façade systems and large-scale tower projects.
• Prior experience in Saudi Arabia or the GCC region.
• Relevant professional certifications in façade engineering are considered an advantage.

Work Environment

This role involves working within a supervision team on a significant High-Rise Towers Project in Jeddah, Makkah, Saudi Arabia. The position is full-time.
