About the Role

Red Sea Gateway Terminal (RSGT) is seeking a Global Investment Senior Manager to drive its international investments strategy. This full-time position is based in Jeddah, Makkah, Saudi Arabia, and reports to the Associate Director – Global Investments. The role is central to RSGT's emergence as a key regional and global port operator.

Role Purpose and Context

The Global Investment Senior Manager will be responsible for conducting comprehensive financial research, analyzing market trends, and providing actionable insights to support investment decisions. This position is crucial for identifying potential investment opportunities, assessing risks, and maximizing returns for shareholders. The role requires a strong analytical mind, robust financial acumen, and a deep understanding of various investment vehicles and markets.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive RSGT’s investments and M&A strategy to support its growth as a regional and global port operator.
• Evaluate and analyze identified investment opportunities and participate in deal closures.
• Coordinate the preparation and review of proposal documents, including responses to RFQs/RFPs, technical proposals, pricing schedules, and project plans, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
• Conduct in-depth analysis of financial statements, economic data, and market trends to evaluate the financial performance of potential investment opportunities.
• Develop and maintain complex financial models to forecast investment performance, analyze scenarios, and evaluate potential outcomes.
• Perform comprehensive due diligence on potential investments.
• Prepare and support investment recommendations and insights for senior management, investment committees, or external stakeholders, backed by thorough research and analysis.
• Develop and maintain government stakeholder relations within Saudi Arabia and its relevant entities.

Required Experience

• Candidates should possess 5-10 years of relevant professional experience.

Work Environment

This role primarily operates in an indoor office environment. Domestic and international travel will be required to fulfill the responsibilities of the position.
