The Role of Graphic Designer

BART is seeking a Graphic Designer to join its team in Jeddah. This is a full-time, on-site position requiring 0-1 years of experience. The Graphic Designer will be responsible for creating visual assets that support BART’s brand across various digital and print channels, contributing to a recognizable and evolving brand in a dynamic, expansion-focused environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Design promotional materials, social media content, in-store visuals, packaging elements, and campaign collateral consistent with BART’s identity and collaborations.
• Translate marketing briefs into impactful design solutions.
• Refine layouts and typography to ensure visual appeal and readability.
• Ensure brand consistency across all customer touchpoints.
• Collaborate with marketing, operations, and store teams to adapt visuals for different branches and customer segments.
• Stay informed about current design trends, particularly those relevant to youth culture, cafés, and pop culture partnerships.
• Contribute creative ideas to enhance the overall customer experience.

Qualifications and Skills

• Proficiency in Graphics and Graphic Design for both digital and print materials.
• Experience in Logo Design and Branding to develop and maintain a cohesive visual identity.
• Strong skills in Typography and layout for creating clear, engaging, and on-brand designs.
• Advanced proficiency in industry-standard design software (*, Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, or equivalents).
• A portfolio demonstrating creative work in F&B, retail, lifestyle, or youth-focused brands is preferred.
• Ability to work on-site in Jeddah, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Demonstrated attention to detail, visual storytelling skills, and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Relevant diploma or degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.

Location and Work Type

This is a full-time position based in Jeddah, Makkah. The role requires on-site presence to facilitate collaboration with various teams and ensure brand consistency across physical and digital touchpoints.
