About the Role

Hilton is seeking a Group Conference and Events Sales Executive/Agent to join its team in Jeddah, Makkah, Saudi Arabia. This full-time position is integral to driving revenue by securing Group, Conference, and Events (GCE) bookings. The role focuses on delivering memorable experiences that embody the light and warmth of hospitality for every guest.

Key Responsibilities

• Convert incoming group and event enquiries into bookings to meet sales targets and maximize revenue.
• Identify opportunities to upsell services and increase conversion rates through consistent sales tactics.
• Manage the events calendar to support optimal yield and space utilization.
• Engage with customers to understand their needs, foster loyalty, and generate repeat and expanded business.
• Arrange and conduct hotel show rounds to showcase spaces and services in alignment with client expectations.
• Ensure accurate administration and smooth handover of booked events for successful on-property delivery.
• Participate in promotional activities to increase visibility and drive GCE business.
