Unilever is seeking a GT Country Operations Manager to join their team in Jeddah, Makkah, Saudi Arabia. The manager will identify, secure, and nurture high-value partnerships to convert market potential and service capabilities into optimized revenue streams.

Role Purpose and Context

The GT Country Operations Manager acts as a critical bridge between Business Groups, Marketing, Sales, and Client Success teams. This role ensures that all growth initiatives balance market demand, profitability, and operational capacity. Key responsibilities include identifying market trends, conducting business analysis, and delivering on Sales KPIs.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the end-to-end sales cycle, from lead generation and initial outreach to final execution.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure solutions align with technical realities and delivery timelines.
• Identify potential market shifts or competitor movements and drive scenario planning to safeguard the sales pipeline.
• Continuously refine business development tools to improve conversion rates and optimize the sales cycle.
• Analyze data to identify operational root causes and propose optimal solutions.
• Coordinate with business groups, demand planners, and sales teams for new product launches.
• Ensure smooth coordination and communication with the exports team regarding export demand.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date master data to support planning accuracy.

Required Experience

Candidates should possess 5-10 years of relevant experience in a similar role, demonstrating a strong understanding of retail and wholesale operations, strategic growth management, and cross-functional collaboration.
