Role Summary

The Guest Experience Expert guides guests through their entire stay by providing a range of services. This role involves taking initiative to address guest needs, manage operational tasks, and share local area information, ensuring all interactions contribute positively to the guest's overall experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver a wide range of services to guide guests throughout their stay.
• Process operational needs and address guest requests efficiently.
• Complete necessary reports accurately.
• Share highlights and information about the local area.
• Ensure all transactions are integrated into a seamless guest experience.
