About the Role

Hilton is seeking a Guest Relations Agent for a full-time position in Makkah. This role is central to delivering hospitality by ensuring a smooth and memorable experience for every guest. The Guest Relations Agent will manage day-to-day guest services operations, focusing on guest satisfaction and efficient service delivery.

Responsibilities

  • Welcome and assist guests by greeting arrivals, offering guidance, and ensuring efficient check-in and check-out processes.
  • Handle guest inquiries by providing accurate information about hotel services, facilities, and local attractions.
  • Resolve guest concerns promptly and professionally, escalating issues as needed to maintain high satisfaction levels.
  • Monitor guest satisfaction through engagement throughout their stay, identifying opportunities to enhance their experience.
  • Coordinate with various departments to ensure guest requests are fulfilled efficiently and accurately.
  • Support VIP and special requests by preparing amenities, arranging personalized services, and ensuring attention to detail.
  • Maintain records and communication through proper documentation of guest preferences, incidents, and follow-ups.
