About the Role

IHG Hotels & Resorts is seeking a Guest Service Agent to join their team in Al Khobar, Eastern region. This full-time position is crucial for ensuring guests have a positive initial experience, from seamless transactions to personalized service.

Key Responsibilities

• Providing a welcoming first impression to all guests.
• Acknowledging IHG Rewards Club members and returning guests in person or via phone.
• Managing guest bookings, including taking, processing, and receiving payments.
• Ensuring efficient and smooth check-in and check-out procedures.
• Anticipating guest needs and offering tailored recommendations.
• Assisting guests with various inquiries, from billing issues to restaurant suggestions.

Required Qualifications and Skills

• Experience: 0-1 year in a related field.
• Strong communication skills to interact effectively with guests and address concerns.
• Demonstrated problem-solving abilities to resolve issues efficiently.
• Fluency in the local language is essential; additional language skills are beneficial but not required.
• Proficiency in reading, writing, basic mathematics, and computer skills.
