About the Role

WheeKeep is seeking an Inbound Sales Specialist to join our team in Makkah, with operations covering Jeddah and Makkah. This full-time role focuses on converting inbound leads into paid storage contracts, carrying a monthly revenue target. The ideal candidate will thrive in a target-driven environment, demonstrating strong closing and negotiation skills.

Key Responsibilities

Convert inbound leads, received via web, WhatsApp, calls, and campaigns, into signed rental agreements against a defined monthly target.
Rapidly qualify leads based on unit size, duration, location, and urgency, aiming to quote and close on the initial call when feasible.
Conduct persistent follow-ups on open and lapsed leads until they are either closed or disqualified.
Upsell larger units, longer terms, and additional services at the point of sale.
Accurately log all interactions in the CRM to maintain precise pipeline, conversion rate, and lead source data.
Retain and reactivate existing customers as their contract terms approach expiration.
Provide feedback on lead quality and common objection patterns to the Marketing team to optimize spending efficiency.

Performance Metrics

Performance in this role will be measured against the following key indicators:

Lead-to-booking conversion rate.
Monthly booked revenue.
Speed to first response.
Average contract value.
Retention and renewal rate.

Qualifications and Experience

2-5 years of experience in a sales or similar target-driven role.
Demonstrated ability to close sales and negotiate effectively.
Experience working with CRM systems for logging interactions and managing pipelines.

Work Environment

This is a full-time position based in Makkah, serving customers across Jeddah and Makkah. The role requires a proactive approach to sales and a commitment to achieving monthly revenue targets.
