Infrastructure Manager

About the Role

Al Salama Hospital is seeking an Infrastructure Manager to join its ICT team in Jeddah, Makkah, Saudi Arabia. This full-time role involves overseeing and maintaining the hospital's ICT infrastructure, servers, and network systems to ensure their security, reliability, and availability. The manager will also support business continuity in alignment with MOH and JCI/CBAHI standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage servers, network operations, and the overall performance of the ICT infrastructure.
• Enforce security controls and lead vulnerability management and patching initiatives.
• Maintain backup, disaster recovery, and business continuity plans.
• Manage vendors, contracts, and the ICT asset lifecycle.
• Lead, coach, and develop the infrastructure team.

Qualifications and Experience

• A minimum of 5 to 10 years of relevant experience in ICT infrastructure management.
• Demonstrated ability to manage complex server and network environments.
• Experience with security controls, vulnerability management, and patching processes.
• Proficiency in maintaining disaster recovery and business continuity plans.

Required Skills

• Strong leadership and team development skills.
• Excellent organizational and vendor management abilities.
• In-depth understanding of ICT infrastructure, network systems, and server operations.
• Knowledge of MOH and JCI/CBAHI standards is essential.
