About the Role

Rotana Jabal Omar Makkah is seeking a dedicated Ken Fix It professional to join its team in Makkah. This full-time position is central to maintaining the property's operational standards and ensuring a functional environment for guests and staff. The role focuses on general maintenance work performed on a daily basis.

Role Overview

As a Ken Fix It, you will be responsible for executing a range of general maintenance tasks. This includes performing necessary repairs and upkeep across various areas of the property, contributing to the overall guest experience through effective problem-solving and service delivery. Adherence to company policies and procedures is a key aspect of this role.

Key Responsibilities

• Repair or replace all types of floor and wall tiles as required.
• Perform general repairs to block work walls.
• Execute plaster repair works on walls.
• Repair and fix damaged shelving and furniture when necessary.
• Carry out general painting works as needed.
• Undertake general plumbing tasks, repairs, and silicon sealant replacement.
• Repair and replace broken windows, doors, and locks.
• Ensure compliance with all Rotana policies and procedures.
• Report any severe damages to immediate superiors.

Required Experience and Skills

Candidates should possess foundational skills in general maintenance and demonstrate an ability to deliver effective solutions. A minimum of 0-1 years of experience in a similar maintenance role is required. The ability to perform diverse repair tasks and adhere to operational guidelines is essential.
