About the Role

Rixos Hotels is seeking a dedicated Kid’s Club Animator to join its team in King Abdullah Economic City, Makkah, Saudi Arabia. This full-time position is central to providing an engaging and secure environment for our young guests.

Role Overview

The Kid’s Club Animator is responsible for planning and leading age-appropriate activities that ensure the well-being and satisfaction of all children. This role contributes significantly to enhancing the overall family guest experience at Rixos Hotels.

Key Responsibilities

• Welcome children and families in a friendly and professional manner.
• Organize and lead daily activities, including games, arts & crafts, sports, mini discos, and themed events.
• Ensure the safety and security of children at all times during both indoor and outdoor activities.
• Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the Kids Club area.
• Encourage children’s participation and foster a positive, inclusive atmosphere.
• Adhere to all hotel policies, health & safety procedures, and child protection guidelines.
• Assist in the organization of special events, birthday celebrations, and seasonal programs.
• Report any incidents or guest concerns promptly to the Kids Club Supervisor or Manager.
• Collaborate effectively with other hotel departments to deliver excellent guest experiences.

Required Qualifications

• Previous experience working with children is preferred, typically 0-1 years.
• Demonstrated good communication and interpersonal skills.
• An energetic, creative, and enthusiastic personality.
• Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays, as required by operational needs.

This is a full-time position based in King Abdullah Economic City, Makkah, Saudi Arabia, within the dynamic hospitality environment of Rixos Hotels.
