The Role: Kids Club Animator

Rixos Hotels Gulf is seeking a Kids Club Animator to join its team in King Abdullah Economic City, Makkah, Saudi Arabia. This full-time, on-site position is suitable for candidates with 0-1 years of experience. The Kids Club Animator is responsible for ensuring the welcome, safety, and well-being of children within the hotel's facilities, contributing to a positive and engaging environment for young guests.

Key Responsibilities

• Welcome children and ensure their safety and well-being within the kids' club.
• Design and lead a variety of fun, creative, and educational activities, including games, workshops, and mini-shows, tailored to different age groups.
• Communicate regularly with families to present activity programs, reassure parents, and gather their expectations.
• Collaborate closely with the entertainment team and other hotel departments to ensure a consistent and high-quality guest experience.

Qualifications and Skills

• Excellent communication skills and demonstrated ease of interaction with children and families.
• Proficiency in animation techniques and the ability to effectively manage groups of children across various age ranges.
• Skills in storytelling, storyboarding, and designing engaging or scripted content for activities.
• Basic knowledge of visual animation, motion graphics, or the use of digital tools to enhance workshops.
• A strong sense of safety and responsibility, ideally supported by prior experience in a hotel or leisure environment.
• Ability to work effectively within a multicultural team, adapt to flexible hours, and demonstrate proficiency in English. Knowledge of other languages is considered a plus.
• Training in socio-cultural animation, education, leisure, or similar fields is highly valued.
