Role Overview

Rixos Hotels is seeking a Kid's Club Animator to join its team in King Abdullah Economic City, Makkah, Saudi Arabia. This full-time position is responsible for creating a fun, safe, and engaging environment for children within the Rixy Kids Club. The Animator plans and leads age-appropriate activities while ensuring the well-being and satisfaction of all young guests.

Key Responsibilities

• Welcome children and families in a friendly and professional manner.
• Organize and lead daily activities, including games, arts & crafts, sports, mini disco, and themed events.
• Ensure the safety and security of children at all times within the Kids Club area.
• Supervise children during both indoor and outdoor activities.
• Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the Kids Club facilities.
• Encourage children’s participation and contribute to a positive atmosphere.
• Adhere to all hotel policies, health & safety procedures, and child protection guidelines.
• Assist in organizing special events, birthday celebrations, and seasonal programs.
• Report any incidents or guest concerns promptly to the Kids Club Supervisor or Manager.
• Collaborate with other hotel departments to deliver excellent guest experiences.

Qualifications and Experience

• Previous experience working with children is preferred (0-1 years of experience).
• First Aid certification is considered a plus.

Required Skills and Personal Attributes

• Demonstrated good communication and interpersonal skills.
• An energetic, creative, and enthusiastic personality.
• Proficiency in English language is required; additional languages are an advantage.

Working Conditions

This is a full-time position located in King Abdullah Economic City, Makkah, Saudi Arabia. The role requires the ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays, to meet operational needs and guest schedules.
