The Role: Luxury Tech Consultant (Distribution)

Chalhoub Group is seeking a Luxury Tech Consultant (Distribution) to join its team in Makkah, with operations also covering Jeddah. This full-time role requires 2-5 years of experience and focuses on delivering exceptional customer service and achieving sales targets through product knowledge and effective sales techniques. The consultant will also be responsible for maintaining store standards, managing stock, and promoting products.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and maintain guest experience standards to foster customer loyalty.
• Address customer inquiries regarding products, prices, availability, usage, and services.
• Communicate with customers to assess their needs and provide assistance to meet or exceed expectations.
• Advise customers on product ranges best suited to their needs.
• Demonstrate the usage and benefits of various brands and products.
• Generate sales and achieve line and sales targets, utilizing product knowledge.
• Track sell-out targets at the store level and generate daily sales reports.
• Participate in achieving incentives and track post-launch sales at the store level.
• Ensure merchandising levels in the store comply with brand guidelines.
• Manage in-store stock replenishment in appropriate shelves/counters at designated times.
• Report stock shortages using the stock order form and ensure stock receipt adheres to established procedures.
• Maintain counter cleanliness and high standards of grooming.

Qualifications and Experience

• 2-5 years of relevant experience in a similar role.
• Demonstrated ability to deliver outstanding customer service.
• Proficiency in sales techniques and product knowledge.
• Ability to manage stock replenishment and merchandising according to brand guidelines.
• Strong communication skills to interact effectively with customers.

Work Environment

This is a full-time position based in Makkah, with responsibilities extending to Jeddah. The role involves working within a dynamic retail environment focused on luxury products and customer experience.
