About the Role

Bupa Arabia is seeking a Manager Home Healthcare Laboratory & Imaging Virtual Hospital operation (Pipeline) to lead the end-to-end operations of home healthcare services. This full-time role is based in Jeddah and Makkah, Saudi Arabia, focusing on the execution, delivery, service, and outcomes of all partnership and referral activities within the home healthcare domain. The manager will oversee services including home clinical visits, laboratory services, physical therapy, vaccinations, and imaging across all connected care channels and patient touchpoints.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the operational aspects of home healthcare services, ensuring efficient execution and delivery.
• Oversee the scheduling of home visits, utilizing data analysis to optimize efficiency and identify trends for continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with third-party providers to conduct quality checks and ensure the timely delivery of laboratory results in adherence to established Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
• Maintain a patient-centric approach across all activities, prioritizing patient needs and preferences.
• Act as the primary point of contact for addressing and escalating service failures or concerns, implementing corrective actions in collaboration with the team.
• Interpret and explain medical reports to patients and their families with clarity and compassion when required.

Operational Excellence and Quality Assurance

• Establish and monitor Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and Service Level Agreements (SLAs) to measure outcomes and align expectations across all connected care touchpoints.
• Design and implement execution plans for strategic initiatives (SIA) to enhance operational efficiency.
• Assess and continuously improve the quality of care delivered across all channels.
• Implement and monitor robust quality assurance measures to ensure high standards of service.
• Foster strategic partnerships to facilitate referrals and ensure a seamless continuum of care.

Digitalization and Data-Driven Solutions

• Collaborate with IT and Digital Factory teams to enhance and finalize data-driven system solutions for laboratory services and home-based lab bookings.
• Leverage data analysis to contribute to the digitalization of the home healthcare journey, ensuring informed decision-making.
• Work collaboratively to develop and implement data-driven system solutions that support operational goals.

Qualifications and Experience

• A minimum of 10 years of relevant experience in healthcare operations or a related field.

This is a full-time position based in Jeddah and Makkah, Saudi Arabia, requiring active engagement in leading and improving home healthcare services within a dynamic environment.
