Manager SAP PP/QM

About the Role

Integrated Personnel Services Limited is seeking a Manager SAP PP/QM to join their team in Makkah, serving the cities of Jeddah and Makkah. This full-time role focuses on configuring, supporting, and optimizing SAP Production Planning (PP) and Quality Management (QM) processes within the organization.

Key Responsibilities for SAP PP

• Configure and support SAP PP (Production Planning) processes.
• Manage Production Planning, MRP, Demand Management, and Shop Floor processes.
• Configure and maintain BOM, Work Centers, Routing, and Production Versions.
• Work on MRP planning and production orders, including creation, release, confirmation, and closure.
• Handle integration with MM, SD, QM, and FI/CO modules.
• Analyze business requirements and provide SAP PP solutions.
• Support S/4HANA implementation, rollout, and support projects.
• Prepare functional specifications and coordinate with ABAP/development teams.
• Handle production issues, root-cause analysis, and user support.

Key Responsibilities for SAP QM

• Configure and support SAP QM (Quality Management) processes.
• Manage Quality Planning, Quality Inspection, and Quality Control.
• Configure Inspection Types, Inspection Plans, MICs, and Sampling Procedures.
• Manage Quality Notifications and defects.
• Work on Inspection Lots, Results Recording, and Usage Decisions.
• Handle Incoming, In-process, and Final Inspection processes.
• Support Vendor Quality Management.
• Integrate QM with PP, MM, and other SAP modules.
• Support quality-related business requirements and process improvements.
• Prepare functional specifications and coordinate with technical teams.

Qualifications and Experience

• A minimum of 5 to 10 years of experience in SAP PP and QM roles.
• Demonstrated expertise in SAP PP and QM module configuration and support.
• Strong understanding of integration points with other SAP modules.
• Experience with S/4HANA implementation, rollout, and support is required.

Work Environment

This is a full-time position based in the Makkah region, with responsibilities covering operations in Jeddah and Makkah. The role involves working within a professional team to deliver robust SAP solutions and support.
