About the Role

Al Marwa Rayhaan by Rotana is seeking a Reservations Agent - Saudi Talent to join their team in Makkah. This full-time role is designed for guest-focused professionals who are passionate about delivering high levels of customer service and providing effective solutions for guests. The Reservations Agent will be responsible for managing all aspects of guest room reservations to ensure smooth and efficient service delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Process and confirm guest room reservations received via phone, letter, or fax.
• Input all reservation details into the computer system, ensuring all pertinent information is recorded accurately.
• Handle inquiries, complaints, and requests related to reservations efficiently.
• Stay informed about all current promotions within and around the hotel.
• Follow established procedures for processing room reservations, managing rates, confirming bookings, and providing information on hotel facilities.
• Demonstrate comprehensive product knowledge, understand rate structures, and apply rate management principles.
• Maintain an organized filing system for all correspondence and compile reports as requested by the Reservations Manager or Supervisor.
• Promote and maintain positive public relations and actively work to maximize business opportunities.
• Ensure accurate room status is maintained at all times.
• Answer all incoming calls according to Rotana standards, input information received by fax, and continuously monitor incoming emails.
• Organize visa requests for hotel guests in line with hotel policy and identify opportunities for up-selling.
