Hilton is seeking a Reservations Agent to join its team in Jeddah and Makkah, Saudi Arabia. This full-time position is responsible for managing guest booking inquiries and ensuring a positive experience. The role focuses on delivering hospitality by accurately processing reservations and supporting overall sales efforts. Candidates should have 0-1 years of experience in a related field.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service by responding promptly and professionally to inquiries from guests and team members.
• Secure individual bookings by converting guest inquiries into confirmed reservations.
• Maintain attention to detail by recording and processing all reservations with accuracy.
• Use proactive selling techniques to maximize room sales by promoting hotel services and upgrades.
• Support sales efforts by responding to sales inquiries and helping identify potential leads for future business opportunities.
