Role Overview

This is a full-time, on-site position for a Sales Agent based in Jeddah, with potential work in Riyadh. The Sales Agent will be responsible for engaging with prospective and existing members, presenting GymNation’s membership options and services, and guiding individuals through the enrollment process.

Key Responsibilities

• Respond to inquiries in person, via phone, and through digital channels.
• Conduct facility tours for potential members.
• Explain membership benefits, current promotions, and pricing structures.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
• Maintain accurate sales records within designated systems.
• Collaborate with the team to achieve and exceed membership and revenue targets.
• Represent and uphold GymNation’s core values.
• Support initiatives aimed at member retention.
• Contribute to fostering a welcoming and energetic club environment.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Basic proficiency in CRM or sales management systems and standard office software.
• Previous experience in fitness, hospitality, or retail sales environments is considered an advantage.
• Ability to work on-site in Jeddah and Riyadh, including evenings, weekends, and peak hours as required.
• High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in business, marketing, or sports management is a plus.
• Comfortable working in a diverse, fast-paced setting and motivated by assisting others in achieving their health and fitness goals.

Work Location

This full-time Sales Agent position is primarily based in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia, with the expectation of working in Riyadh as needed. The role requires on-site presence to engage with members and contribute to the club environment.
