Sales Associate

About the Role

Fakeeh Care Group is seeking a Sales Associate to join their team in Makkah, with operations spanning Jeddah and Makkah. This full-time position is crucial for driving store sales through excellent customer service, effective product promotion, and supporting basic optical understanding to ensure a professional customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify customer needs and recommend suitable products, including frames, sunglasses, and basic lenses.
• Drive conversion, upselling, cross-selling, and execute promotions effectively.
• Achieve individual sales targets and contribute to overall store performance.
• Deliver a friendly and professional customer journey, handling inquiries and basic issues effectively.
• Build customer relationships to encourage repeat visits.
• Understand basic prescriptions and product types such as frames, lenses, and contact lenses.
• Support opticians by guiding customers prior to technical handling and ensuring correct communication of customer needs.
• Process transactions accurately using the POS system and support insurance documentation and basic inquiries.
• Maintain product display and cleanliness standards, and support stock handling by reporting shortages or issues.
• Maintain strong product knowledge and awareness of current promotions.
• Collaborate with the team to achieve store targets and support opticians and technicians during peak hours.
• Contribute to a positive and energetic store environment.
• Ensure adherence to company policies, procedures, customer service, and brand standards, while maintaining professional and ethical behavior.
• Perform other duties as assigned within the scope of the job.

Experience and Qualifications

Candidates should possess 2-5 years of relevant experience in a sales role, preferably within a retail or customer service environment. A strong understanding of customer service principles and basic optical knowledge is beneficial for this position.

Work Environment

This is a full-time position based in Makkah, with responsibilities extending to Jeddah. The role requires active participation in a retail setting, working collaboratively with a team to achieve sales and customer satisfaction goals.
