About the Role

Jobskey Search and Selection is seeking a Senior Accounts Receivable Accountant Key Accounts for one of its clients within the FMCG / Food Manufacturing Industry. This full-time position is based in Jeddah, Makkah, Saudi Arabia. The role involves managing the end-to-end receivables and collections cycle specifically for major retail and modern trade accounts.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage accounts receivable, collections, invoicing, cash application, and customer reconciliations.
• Handle key accounts, including hypermarkets, supermarkets, and major retail chains.
• Follow up on overdue payments and resolve invoice disputes, deductions, and short payments.
• Monitor credit limits, customer balances, and aging reports.
• Coordinate with Sales and Trade Marketing teams regarding rebates, promotions, deductions, and commercial claims.
• Support month-end closing activities, AR reporting, Days Sales Outstanding (DSO) analysis, and bad debt provisions.
• Maintain accurate customer records and contribute to ERP/AR process improvements.

Required Qualifications and Experience

• A minimum of 5 to 10 years of experience in accounts receivable or a related financial role.
• Experience within the FMCG, food manufacturing, or consumer goods industry is preferred.
• Proven experience managing accounts with major retail chains in Saudi Arabia or the GCC region.

Work Environment and Location

This is a full-time position. The role is based in Jeddah, Makkah, Saudi Arabia, operating within the client's dynamic FMCG / Food Manufacturing environment.
