About the Role

United Group is seeking a Senior Business Applications Specialist to join its team in Makkah, with operations spanning Jeddah and Makkah. This full-time role requires 5-10 years of experience and focuses on becoming the IT focal point for the Sales, Logistics, and Procurement business domains. The specialist will partner with business stakeholders to enhance processes, deliver SAP improvements, and support strategic transformation initiatives across the Group.

Role Context and Impact

This position offers the opportunity to work on large-scale SAP initiatives, system integrations, and business transformation projects within a growing manufacturing organization. The specialist will play a key role in improving operational efficiency and supporting strategic growth through technology solutions.

Key Responsibilities

Lead functional analysis and solution design for SAP Sales, Logistics, and Procurement processes.
Configure and enhance SAP and related business applications.
Partner with business users to identify opportunities for automation and process improvement.
Support strategic initiatives including SAP landscape harmonization, SalesBuzz integration, Weighbridge integration, Fleet Management, Process automation, and Enterprise integrations.
Coordinate with external AMS partners and implementation consultants.
Support testing, deployments, and production releases.
Provide advanced troubleshooting and root cause analysis.
Ensure proper documentation, governance, and knowledge transfer.

Experience and Qualifications

A minimum of 5 to 10 years of relevant experience is required for this role.

Work Environment

This is a full-time position based in Makkah, with responsibilities extending to Jeddah. The role involves working within a dynamic manufacturing organization, focusing on IT solutions for Sales, Logistics, and Procurement.
