About the Role

Pfizer is seeking a Senior Health Representative, Hematology Oncology, to join our team in Jeddah, Makkah, Saudi Arabia. This full-time position is central to maximizing Pfizer brand growth through strategic promotional activities. The role involves taking ownership of a specific territory to achieve business objectives and foster strong relationships within the healthcare community.

Core Responsibilities: Product Promotion and Customer Engagement

• Promote Pfizer products to designated customers to achieve territory plan objectives.
• Implement value-added programs across the assigned territory.
• Conduct marketing activities and provide approved literature to Healthcare Professionals (HCPs).
• Furnish HCPs with accurate information on Pfizer products, including proper medical usage, dosage amounts, and potential side effects.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with target customers, focusing on Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) and selected physicians.
• Ensure accurate, timely, and relevant customer knowledge is captured and shared with colleagues through agreed processes.
• Report visits and other activities using established channels.

Territory Planning and Market Insight

• Diagnose the territory's market situation, including local drivers and initiatives, to design and implement an effective action plan.
• Develop and execute the territory business plan to achieve defined objectives.
• Participate in Pfizer community awareness programs, attend seminars, and assist in setting up promotional demonstrations and exhibitions.
• Organize audio-visual activities and contribute to the nomination and selection of local speakers within the territory.
• Prepare Plans of Action (POA) for the assigned territory and products.
• Present reports according to management recommendations and market needs.
• Plan and organize regular value-added programs for customers.
• Provide feedback to the team, managers, and cross-functional colleagues on relevant competitor activity or local market issues.

Team Collaboration and Professional Development

• Liaise with team members to share information, motivate, and support, contributing to the generation and delivery of the overall territory plan.
• Ensure territory and administrative systems/processes are maintained and updated for accurate record-keeping.
• Timely update records and systems, and produce reports as requested by managers.
• Understand and comply with the company’s Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
• Proactively implement and update personal development plans, actively seeking feedback to further develop within the current role.
• Undertake additional assignments as agreed with the line manager, ensuring objectives are met and outputs delivered.

Required Experience

Candidates for this position should possess 5-10 years of relevant experience in a health representative role, ideally within the hematology oncology therapeutic area.
