The Role of Network Engineer - Technician

SARx Exchange Company is seeking a professional and experienced Network Engineer - Technician to join its technical team. This full-time role is based in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia, and requires regular field visits to Makkah. The Network Engineer - Technician will be responsible for the design, implementation, and maintenance of the company's network infrastructure, ensuring continuous service availability and system security.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and implement network solutions for the enterprise.
• Manage and maintain network switches, routers, and servers.
• Monitor network performance, identify issues, and implement resolutions.
• Document network procedures, configurations, and technical recommendations.
• Provide 24/7 technical support to users and departments.
• Conduct field visits to branch locations in Makkah for on-site support and maintenance.
• Ensure network connectivity across multiple company locations.

Qualifications and Experience

• 2-5 years of experience in network engineering or a related technical field.
• Demonstrated experience in designing, implementing, and maintaining network infrastructure.
• Proficiency in managing switches, routers, and servers.
• Ability to monitor network performance and troubleshoot technical issues effectively.

Work Environment and Location

This is a full-time position primarily based in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia. The role requires frequent travel and field visits to the company's branch in Makkah to provide on-site support and maintenance, ensuring robust network operations across all locations.
