Job Description
About the Role
Delta Hotels and Resorts® is seeking a Specialist Payroll to join our team in Jeddah, Makkah. This full-time role involves managing and processing payroll information, ensuring accuracy and compliance with established policies and procedures. The Specialist Payroll will be responsible for maintaining precise financial and payroll records and supporting employees and managers on payroll-related inquiries.
Key Responsibilities
- Verify the accuracy of figures, postings, and financial documents.
- Organize, secure, and maintain all files, records, cash, and cash equivalents in accordance with company policies.
- Record, store, and analyze computerized financial and payroll information.
- Prepare, maintain, audit, and distribute statistical, financial, accounting, auditing, and payroll reports.
- Maintain, update, create, secure, and archive employee payroll records and files.
- Review, verify, and reconcile punches, hours worked, pay adjustments, and other pay-related information, posting details to designated records.
- Back up transaction files and transmit them to the payroll system following company procedures.
- Process and issue employee paychecks and statements of earnings and deductions.
- Compute employee wages and deductions (*, union dues, insurance, parking, 401k) and enter them into the payroll system.
- Provide information to employees and managers/supervisors on payroll matters, tax issues, benefit plans, and collective bargaining agreement provisions.
- Complete batch adjustments to payroll and adjust basic settings in the time clock system (*, employee schedule, time clock restrictions), correcting punches as needed.

- Adhere to all company policies and procedures.
- Maintain confidentiality of proprietary information and protect company assets.
- Communicate professionally and clearly with others, including answering telephones using appropriate etiquette.
- Develop and maintain positive working relationships, support team goals, and respond appropriately to employee concerns.
Physical Requirements
- Ability to move, lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects weighing less than or equal to 10 pounds without assistance.
Qualifications and Experience
- 2-5 years of experience in a payroll or related financial role.
- Demonstrated ability to perform detailed financial and payroll tasks accurately.
Additional Duties
The Specialist Payroll will also perform other reasonable job duties as requested by Supervisors, contributing to the overall efficiency of the financial operations.
