Role Overview: Store Manager

Fendi is seeking a Store Manager to serve as a brand ambassador, promoting the brand's DNA while exceeding sales targets and key performance indicators. This full-time position is based in Makkah or Jeddah, Saudi Arabia, focusing on maintaining high standards of excellence and luxury.

Operational Management and Performance

The Store Manager is responsible for overseeing daily operations and driving store performance. Key responsibilities include:

• Monitoring and achieving store performance against relevant KPIs.
• Assisting directly in the selling process.
• Analyzing business trends, proposing, and implementing action plans to improve results and generate sales across all product categories.
• Staying informed about the local trading environment and competitor activities impacting sales.
• Managing and supervising the team in the correct execution of all company operating and stock procedures.
• Reviewing and submitting sales and operational reports to management in adherence to company KPIs and policies.
• Ensuring Fendi’s standards are applied and maintained across customer service, internal control, visual merchandising, and back-office activities.

Team Leadership and Development

A core aspect of this role involves leading and developing the store team to foster a high-performance environment.

• Demonstrating sales leadership and setting performance targets for the team and individuals using relevant KPIs.
• Motivating employees to maximize team spirit, promote teamwork, and maintain harmonious staff relations through constant coaching.
• Collaborating with the HR Department to recruit qualified applicants to meet store needs.
• Identifying individual and team training needs to develop talents and communicating these needs to the HR Department.

Client Engagement and Brand Advocacy

The Store Manager is instrumental in cultivating strong client relationships and upholding Fendi's brand image.

• Strengthening relationships with clients by promoting Fendi's history, craftsmanship, quality of materials, and creativity.
• Managing customer service quality to meet client expectations by offering excellent standards.
• Developing loyal Fendi clients and implementing appropriate CRM tools and clienteling actions, including in-store events.
• Acting as a brand ambassador to strengthen and build relationships with VIP clients.
• Improving Mystery Shopper Results through targeted action plans.

Candidate Profile and Experience

The successful candidate will demonstrate a blend of leadership qualities and practical experience. They will possess strong leadership, confidence, organization, and professionalism. A strong customer orientation and a goal-oriented approach are essential, along with the ability to multitask effectively. This role requires 5-10 years of relevant experience.
