This role is based at Rixos Murjana, a new property in Saudi Arabia located in Makkah and King Abdullah Economic City, which aims to redefine hospitality experiences. We are seeking a Teens Club Supervisor to join our team in a full-time capacity.

Role Overview

The Teens Club Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the Teens Club, ensuring all activities are conducted smoothly, safely, and in accordance with Rixos policies. This position involves planning, organizing, and delivering engaging activities for teenagers, maintaining a safe environment, and ensuring proper registration and documentation.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise the daily operation of the Teens Club to ensure activities run smoothly and safely.
• Plan, organize, and deliver age-appropriate activities, including sports, games, creative activities, social events, and entertainment.
• Ensure proper registration of teenagers and completion of required parent/guardian information and consent documentation.
• Maintain a safe, clean, organized, and welcoming Teens Club environment.
• Inspect games, equipment, facilities, and activity areas to ensure they are safe and suitable for use.
• Ensure all activities comply with Rixos policies, procedures, and safety standards.
• Supervise Teens Club activities and maintain appropriate levels of supervision.
• Respond appropriately to accidents, incidents, emergencies, behavioral concerns, and other unusual situations, completing and submitting incident reports as per company procedures.
• Maintain professional communication with teenagers, parents/guardians, hotel guests, and colleagues.
• Keep the Assistant Entertainment Manager and Team Leader informed of any important or unusual situations.
• Train and guide Teens Club team members on operational, service, and safety procedures.
• Support the Entertainment team with events, activities, and other hotel programs when required.
• Maintain confidentiality regarding guest, family, and teenager information.
• Ensure compliance with the hotel's Integrated Management System, Rixos policies, SOPs, and applicable local requirements.
• Perform other reasonable duties as assigned by the Assistant Entertainment Manager or Director of Entertainment.

Qualifications and Experience

• 0-1 year of relevant experience.
• A genuine interest in working with teenagers.

Work Environment

This is a full-time position within the Entertainment team at Rixos Murjana in Makkah, Saudi Arabia. The role involves working directly with teenagers and collaborating with various hotel departments to ensure a high-quality guest experience.
