About the Role

Hilton is seeking a Telephone Operator to join its team in Makkah. This full-time position is responsible for managing guest phone calls, responding to inquiries, and providing information regarding hotel services and amenities. Responsibilities

• Answer and manage guest calls, providing hotel and local information, and handling requests efficiently.
• Respond to inquiries with professionalism and courtesy, ensuring a positive guest experience.
• Communicate clearly and resolve guest concerns promptly.
• Relay guest requests to relevant departments and ensure timely follow-up.
• Support internal communication across hotel teams.
• Address guest complaints and proactively prevent service disruptions.
• Maintain accurate logs of guest interactions and update guest profiles for future personalization.
