Trade Marketing Coordinator

About the Role

Kinetic Business Solutions is recruiting a Trade Marketing Coordinator for a leading Medical Device company. This is a 1-year contract position based in Jeddah, Makkah. Due to Saudization requirements, this role is open to Saudi nationals only.

Role Overview

The Trade Marketing Coordinator will be responsible for coordinating trade marketing activities across various channels. This role involves supporting in-store initiatives, managing marketing materials, and ensuring effective campaign execution in the Makkah region, specifically Jeddah.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate trade marketing activities across retail and customer channels.
• Support in-store campaigns, promotions, and brand visibility initiatives.
• Coordinate Point of Sale (POS) materials, allocations, and logistics.
• Manage marketing quotations, purchase orders, invoices, and budgets.
• Coordinate with retailers, vendors, and internal teams on campaign execution.
• Support e-commerce campaigns and marketing materials.
• Conduct regular store visits to monitor execution and competitor activity.
• Prepare reports and provide updates on trade marketing activities.
• Support planning and execution of new initiatives and projects.

Qualifications and Experience

• 2-5 years of experience in a relevant field.
• Open to Saudi nationals only, in compliance with Saudization requirements.

Work Environment

This is a contract position for a duration of one year, based in the company's Jeddah office within the Makkah region.
