About the Role

Al Fakher is seeking a Trade Marketing Representative to be based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This is a full-time position suitable for candidates with 0-1 years of experience in the field. The role focuses on executing operational plans within assigned territories to achieve trade marketing, distribution, and brand objectives.

Role Objectives

The primary objective of this role is to deliver trade marketing, distribution, and brand objectives within trade channels and key accounts in KSA. This involves implementing best practices to maximize business opportunities and ensure effective execution of all cycle plan activities.

Key Responsibilities

• Constantly evaluate assigned territories to maximize all business opportunities.
• Ensure effective implementation of all cycle plan activities.
• Maintain up-to-date, accurate, and timely trade marketing information and reports, including:
  1. Area Summary File
  2. TMU
  3. Reconciliation (Rental, REP, BA activity)
  4. Competitor reports
  5. On-going qualitative and quantitative Surveys
• Accurately report all trade marketing on-the-job activities and outlet information.
• Establish strong working relationships with the trade to gain active support for maximizing volume and in-store presence within agreed budgets.
• Implement and provide feedback on Trade incentive schemes as outlined in the KSA operational plan.
• Maximize in-store visibility and awareness for Al Fakher brands using TM&D tools.
• Collaborate with the distributor sales force to maximize distribution opportunities and minimize out-of-stock situations.
• Meet defined TM&D Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
• Ensure continuous product quality, freshness, and availability for Al Fakher products.
• Implement merchandising activities to ensure in-store furniture is maintained in clean working condition and complies with agreed planograms.
• Ensure trade marketing resources are secure and utilized in the most effective and efficient manner.
• Maintain the integrity of TMR stock floats and reconciliation processes.

Qualifications and Experience

• 0-1 years of relevant professional experience.
• Ability to relocate to Riyadh if not currently based there.

Work Environment and Location

This is a full-time position based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. The role requires active engagement within assigned territories and collaboration with various stakeholders, including the distributor sales force and trade partners.
