VP of Sales, Plastic & Paper: Key Responsibilities

This role focuses on senior-level sales leadership within the plastic and paper sector. The responsibilities include:

• Leading senior-level sales and business development initiatives.
• Managing B2B/industrial sales operations.
• Overseeing customer and key-account management.
• Developing sales strategy, setting revenue targets, and driving market expansion.
• Leading and managing a sales team.

VP of Sales, Plastic & Paper: Required Experience

Candidates for the VP of Sales position should demonstrate a strong background in plastic and/or paper manufacturing. Experience with products such as packaging materials, films, plastic products, paper, and corrugated products is preferred.

GM/VP Manufacturing, Plastic & Paper: Key Responsibilities

This role involves senior manufacturing and production management within the plastic and/or paper industry. Typical responsibilities include:

• Managing overall factory and plant operations.
• Overseeing production planning and capacity management.
• Ensuring quality and productivity standards are met.
• Implementing cost control measures and wastage reduction strategies.
• Managing maintenance and machinery operations.
• Handling manpower management.
• Ensuring safety and compliance with regulations.
• Driving Lean and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Managing plant managers, production managers, and engineers.

General Qualifications and Experience

Both Vice President roles require a senior leader with 5-10 years of experience in the plastic and paper industry. A strong background in either sales or manufacturing within this sector is essential.
