Role Overview

Lesha Capital is seeking a Vice President, Marketing & Communications to lead its marketing and communications function. This full-time executive role, based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, involves directing the planning and performance of marketing initiatives, including events, public relations, and social media. The Vice President will ensure consistent and impactful organizational messaging and brand presence, driving growth across key channels. The position requires 5-10 years of experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and own the marketing and communications vision, strategy, and roadmap, including setting priorities, defining KPIs, and guiding execution against business goals.
• Lead, coach, and develop the marketing and communications team or agency partners, driving accountability, performance, and continuous improvement.
• Oversee the planning and execution of integrated marketing and communications campaigns to support brand awareness, engagement, and demand generation.
• Manage event strategy and execution for trade shows, conferences, and promotional events, ensuring alignment with target audiences and measurable outcomes.
• Direct PR strategy, including media outreach, press releases, spokesperson coordination, and relationship management to strengthen brand visibility and credibility.
• Define and manage social media strategy and content direction to grow reach, engagement, and brand voice, using insights for continuous optimization.
• Lead market research to identify trends, competitive positioning, customer needs, and market opportunities, translating insights into actionable plans.
• Establish analytics and reporting to track campaign performance, ROI, and business impact, providing leadership with clear insights and recommendations.
• Partner with Sales, Product, and other internal stakeholders to align go-to-market strategy, messaging, and campaign priorities.

Required Qualifications and Experience

• 5-10 years of experience in marketing and communications.
• Demonstrated strong leadership skills and deep marketing expertise.
• Proven track record of delivering measurable business results.
