About the Role

GT Medical is seeking a Warehouse Officer to join its team in Jeddah, Makkah, Saudi Arabia. This full-time position is central to maintaining efficient inventory operations and high-quality supply chain processes. The role requires a professional with 2-4 years of experience in warehouse operations who is organized and detail-oriented.

Key Responsibilities

• Receive and inspect incoming materials, reconciling them with purchase orders.
• Maintain accurate records of all deliveries, shipments, receipts, and transfers.
• Manage inventory records and ensure inventory data is accurate and up to date.
• Store and release supplies and equipment according to operational requirements.
• Monitor inventory levels and conduct regular stock checks.
• Record quantities and types of supplies, ensuring proper distribution to designated areas.
• Monitor the condition of stored items and identify any damages or discrepancies.
• Support inventory control activities and maintain proper storage conditions.
• Prepare reports related to inventory movements and changes.
• Locate, sort, and move goods between different areas of the business.
• Maintain accurate documentation and inventory records using relevant systems.
• Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, logistics, business administration, or a related field.
• 2–4 years of experience in warehouse operations.
• Proficiency in inventory control and warehouse systems.
